v2.9.0.3 Downloads RTL XL blijven hangen op 0%

Beste Webmaster,

Sinds een aantal dagen lijken de rtl downloads al niet te werken vandaag weer een programma proberen te downloaden en blijft steeds bij initialiseren of op 0% hangen verder gaat hij niet. Ook kun je de kwaliteit blijkbaar niet meer kiezen staat gewoon standaard vast op 720p kan je niet veranderen als je een programma toevoegd om te gaan downloaden. Ik weet niet waar de fout ligt natuurlijk, maar lijkt me sterk dat we ineens niks meer via rtlxl kunnen downloaden. Graag hoop ik dat hier een oplossing voor komt want ik vind je programma nog steeds top en gebruik het bijna dagelijks met veel plezier. In de log die ik bijgevoegd heb zie ik vaak invalid timestamps of invalid dts staan.

Ik heb maar even een willekeurig voorbeeld gepakt om de log mee te maken, dit is alles mag op zondag van 08-01-2017

Mocht je nog meer info nodig hebben of andere logs laat het maar weten dan doe ik mijn beste deze zo snel mogelijk te plaatsen. Bedankt alvast voor de eventuele oplossing! Mochten er andere hier ook last van hebben plaats het dan ook hier, hoe meer info omtrent dit probleem hoe sneller wellicht een oplossing.

Staat in instellingen misschien "Forceer adaptive video's" aan? Probeer deze uit te schakelen en probeer opnieuw.

@Webmaster heb het nagekeken hij staat op automatisch. Eerder kon ik gewoon probleemloos via rtlxl downloaden nu al een paar dagen niet meer of de downloads starten niet en blijven hangen, of er wordt slechts een gedeelte van 10 a 15 seconden gedownload en dan geeft hij aan download al 100% compleet. Of het duurt uren om een programma te downloaden wat normaal nog geen 5 minuten in beslag nam. Dit is overigens echt alleen bij de rtl xl programma's, bij npo bijvoorbeeld werkt het nog steeds als een zonnetje. Ook mijn internetverbinding al gechecked ook daar geen problemen kunnen constateren, alles loopt vlekkeloos, ook pc is virusvrij en loopt zonder problemen. Mocht je nog meer willen weten hoor ik het graag. Zoals ik al aangaf deze problemen doen zich eens in de zoveel tijd voor waardoor je bijna niks meer kunt downloaden wat ik jammer vind want ik vind je programma echt top en gebruik het echt bijna dagelijks.

@cmrboer In mijn log kwamen toch duidelijk fouten naar voren. En zoals ik al zei mijn pc werkt prima en internet ook. Heb het ook nog op een laptop geprobeerd precies hetzelfde dus lijkt me sterk dat het aan de pc of laptop ligt. Provider ook nog modem laten uitlezen geen fouten, internetkabel is pas vernieuwd. Denk eerder dat het probleem bij rtl ligt, heb hier toch al eerder op het forum mensen gezien die dezelfde problemen omschreven als ik had, downloads die niet starten of ineens uren er over doen om te downloaden terwijl normaal dat zo gedownload was. Bovendien heb de laatste maanden niks veranderd aan mijn pc en instellingen in gemistdownloader verander ik sowieso nooit.

@Webmaster Het lijkt vooralsnog voor nu weer te werken, ik zal bij eventuele problemen in de komende dagen als die zich mochten voordoen dat hier in dit topic posten. Bedankt weer voor de feedback!!
